Pilgrimage Waiver
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Pilgrimage Waiver (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the participant (the "Participant") and Unblemished Lamb Travel (the "Organizer") regarding participation in the pilgrimage (the "Pilgrimage").
Booking: Deposit, Payment Schedule & Registration:
A $1000.00 deposit ($500.00 non-refundable) per person is required at the time of booking with a reservation application, payable via cash, check or money order only. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date. Reservations made within 90 days of departure require payment in full. All travel services will be subject to automatic cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Our pricing is based on USD and is per person based on double occupancy. All reservations are non-transferable at any time or any reason.
Credit Cards:
Payment by credit card is accepted ONLY towards final balances or payments; all credit card transactions will be assessed a 3% non-refundable convenience fee, which be added to the total amount charged. Participant certifies that the Participant is an authorized user of the credit card or financial institution and will not dispute the payment with the credit card company or financial institution; so long as the payment corresponds to the terms indicated in these terms and conditions. Payments made by other individuals or organizations on Participant’s behalf are governed by the same terms and conditions as individual Participant payments.
Waitlist:
A $500 deposit is required with your online application. If we are unable to confirm your spot within 14 days, the deposit will be fully refundable. However, if we confirm your spot within 14 days and you choose not to travel, it will be treated as a trip cancellation and processed according to our Terms & Conditions.
Package Price:
Prices are in U.S. dollars and based on factors like currency rates, group size, tour inclusions, and registration date. Although, not expected, Organizer reserves the right to adjust prices before final payment without notice due to currency fluctuations, government fees, taxes, fuel costs, and vendor-related changes that may impact pricing. Rates for flights departure/arrival at designated airport including airline fuel surcharges and taxes, ground transportation, accommodation, and 2 or 3 meals per day as described to tour\pilgrimage itinerary, which are based on applicable exchange rates at the date of quotation, which are subject to change. Organizer is not obliged to give a breakdown of costs and services.
For International Participants:
All foreign currency payments are converted to their USD equivalent based on the exchange rate on the payment date. Any fluctuations in exchange rates are the responsibility of the Participant.
Not Included in Package Price:
Tips to guide and driver*; Travel Insurance; Cancel for Any Reason Waiver; Passport and Visa Fees, independent travel, additional baggage, Items of a personal nature (such as telephone calls, mini bar, laundry) drinks and lunches (when not mentioned). *Gratuities for tour manager, driver, and stipends obtained by Organizer will be collected separately in cash.
Purchases While on Pilgrimage:
For any purchases during pilgrimage, it’s important to note that Organizer does not have any affiliation with stores, vendors, therefore, Organizer is not liable for any items purchased.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour/pilgrimage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended from third party insurers to protect your travel investment. Terms vary, depending on the travel insurance carrier chosen, and the terms of the purchased plan. We recommend looking into this option prior to booking your reservation to guard against unforeseen circumstances.
